I am a victim who have been suffering terribly from DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, , PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS （MIND CONTROL WEAPONS）. I am a China citizen and I have been suffering these very cruel fascist torture and harassment in several countries. DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS （MIND CONTROL WEAPONS）have been used to torture and harass innocent, legal, unarmed and defenseless citizens for many years. Such transnational organized cruel torture and abuse are very seriously all over the world. (1) 他们的酷刑虐待,主要原理是利用电磁波对大脑的脑电波进行干扰,大脑的正常工作遭到破坏,大脑接受和发出错误的指令, 让身体表现失控或产生各种疾病,这些失控和各种疾病,又会因为我们的大脑还能正常工作的那大部分也随之发出错误指令. 比如:手剧烈疼痛, 本来是他们的电磁波干扰脑电波的一种,大脑的错误的判断, 但是, 手痛以后, 我们的大脑接收到痛的信号,会指挥全身作出应急反应, (而其实我们的手并没有受伤). 长期受这样的虐待, 我们身体的各种内分泌系统, 循环系统,神经系统等等各种正常的生理系统都会紊乱. (虽然还不至于完全混乱的地步)
(2) 他们的酷刑过程中,很大一种酷刑是不让受害者保证足够的睡眠. 这自然会给受害者造成极大身体伤害.
(3) 他们一直也用极其侮辱的语言和方法来伤害受害者的精神.
所以受害者们的身体保养是非常重要的.
首先,因为他们虐待我们的疼痛和其他疾病,都是一些大脑受干扰情况下的错误判断和错误指令. 如我们出现感冒症状时,就不能去医院找医生看病,他们把我们当成感冒来治疗,就是一种错误.
他们现在持续虐待我们, 是没有办法消除受害者所遭受的痛苦的. 但是可以运用一些保养方法来减轻受害者受害所留下的后遗症.
受害者的身体保养方法主要就是
(1) 可以采用一些科技手段, 如电磁波的大脑诱导作用,让大脑在诱导电磁波的作用下,保持正常工作, 但是目前他们的可以太先进,目前在网上找到的诱导电磁波都不如他们的先进,只能稍微减轻一下伤害,在不能阻止他们继续伤害我们的情况下, 这些诱导信号虽然可以在您看不见的情况下,给您一点儿帮助,但是受害者感觉效果不大.
(2) 可以采用中医保养的方法. 目前受害者所受的伤害大部分还是疼痛, 和不允许睡觉. 疼痛就是神经性疼痛, 长期不允许睡觉和神经衰弱对人体的伤害是一样的.
饮食保养中,多吃点儿对治疗这些有帮助的食物是很重要的.
如: 姜,生葱加萝卜, 辣椒, 海带, 泥鳅, 车前草, 蒲公英, 桑椹, 柿子, 莴苣
(3) 我给受害者配了一些可以用来泡热水澡的中药, 最多收受害者1-2元一袋,因为要出去采药,加工, 发货,还要购买包装,要有一点儿费用.

In my darkest days, fascists groups used their mind control weapons to torture and harass me in a cruel way. My body was pain and aching; I had trouble breathing; I suffered from many kinds of terrible disease because of their torture. I was not allowed to sleep; they even prevented me from thinking freely; they used insulting words to attack me and had an insulting behavior to harm my personality; they cruelly trampled my human dignity; I tried to look for help, but no one came to stop their long-lasting torture and harassment. They are still here to torture me and harass me 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, they are trying to destroy all my hopes. But in the darkness, God gives me an eye to see the most beautiful things. When I felt that I could not go on, God gave me an eye to see that He was there. When I used up my last funds and I was still suffering from torture and harassment, I sat in front of the window, and asked God: "Why could human beings be so bad and cruel." The cloudless sky suddenly filled with cloud and rain. God was with me. When I was crying, God was also crying. When I did not have a single cent with me nor any food to eat, I was still suffering from torture and harassment. I sat on the seashore, I saw a half dried rose, I prayed to God:”I want that Rose!" I found the peach flowers blooming like pink cloud over the hills and the dales; I planted all kinds of vegetables and saw the seeds coming out of the soul and I watched them grow and cover the entire garden; I saw the cherries grow and I picked cherries from the tree; I saw apricots slowly turn to orange color........... When I was suffering, I also met some people who had a kind heart; who let me stay in their house and only charged me a small amount per month; who gave me a jacket to wear in cold rainy days; who drove me around to look for new accommodation but did not charge me much; who lent me a telephone card to let me make a phone call; who worked so hard to expose those torturers and jeopardized their life. During the darkest days of this tormented life, I met a lot of people who have been working hard to fight against this cruel and inhuman torture. They are volunteers working hard for human rights and freedom. They help each other out of generosity; when I need help, I can find so many helping hands all over the world, in any country, in any part of the world. When in the middle of the night, perpetrators torture me a lot, and I feel that I cannot go on, they chat with me on the computer, tell me what they have done, bring me some good news, look on the bright side and encourage me to go on with my work. I am so grateful to all the people from China, Russia, USA, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Denmark, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, South Africa and many other countries. When I was suffering, mom brought the food to my bed three times a day for three months until I decided to go to the office to try to do some business work; mom brought me a cup of milk to my bed and massaged my legs and head every night before sleeping; one night the office security guide was not around, so I had to stay in the office, mom and dad drove their tricycles to come to my office. If bandits and thieves were to come, they said they would protect me. Dad was already 73 at that time; During the past few years: Mom is my physician, she has studied Chinese herbal medicine and tries to cure all my diseases. Mom is my nurse; she carefully looks after me everyday. Mom is my butler; she takes care of everything in my life. 其他的集体请愿： 25 Aug 07 APA meeting about Campaign Against tortureThis is a letter from PHR which talk about APA meeting I just returned from San Francisco, where the American Psychological Association (APA) met to consider its ethical stance in the face of overwhelming evidence that psychologists in military and intelligence agencies participated in the torture of detainees in US custody. As many of you may know, the APA failed to take a strong ethical position against psychologist participation in interrogations. It even defeated a mild resolution that would have allowed psychologists to offer only clinical treatment services in detention facilities where human rights violations are pervasive. The APA has thus failed to come to grips with the implications of the role of psychologists in supporting interrogations at Guantánamo and other places where terrorist suspects are detained, pretending that it is possible to act ethically in an environment that undermines the possibility of ethical practice. The APA did, however, advance the struggle against torture by the CIA. The APA "unequivocally" condemned the use of 20 distinct interrogation methods - such as mock executions, forced nakedness, hooding, stress positions, water boarding, and threats to families of detainees - that reportedly have been used by the CIA and that amount to torture. It called upon the Defense Department, CIA and other agencies to prohibit these tactics and demanded that psychologists not participate in planning, designing or carrying them out. The new policy is particularly strong in forbidding indirect as well as direct participation such that psychologists cannot aid in "softening up" prisoners for interrogation through grotesque and abusive conditions of detention. Moreover, following orders from those in charge of interrogations, or even following US government interpretations of laws or regulations that permit torture, is no longer an acceptable justification. The APA called on psychologists to report torture and to cooperate in all investigations of it, including those by Congress. It is troubling, though, that the resolution condemns isolation, sleep deprivation, sensory overload and sensory deprivation only when used in a manner that "represents significant pain or suffering or in a manner that a reasonable person would judge to cause lasting harm." How can an organization ethically committed to "do no harm" invite distinctions regarding relative amounts of harm inflicted through coercive interrogation techniques? Given what we know about these methods, this purported qualification is really no qualification at all, since clinical experience and investigations have demonstrated how deeply damaging these tactics are, often leading to post-traumatic stress disorder, extreme anxiety, depression, dissociation or even cognitive impairment. A new report by PHR and Human Rights First, Leave No Marks, shows that the harm from each of these four techniques (among others), is so serious that using any of them constitutes a war crime under US law. Because of the harm these techniques cause, the APA resolution must be understood to absolutely prohibit the use of the four methods. The new APA interrogation resolution comes on the heels of a recent Executive Order that continues the CIA's "enhanced interrogation program," a euphemism for an abhorrent set of practices that amount to ongoing use of torture. While its particular interrogation tactics remain classified, there is every reason to believe that they include many of those the APA has now properly condemned – and which psychologists have helped design and implement. Condemnation of these methods by the APA, which has very strong relationships with agencies involved in national security, can aid our fight against torture in the public debate as well as in Congress and the Executive Branch. And by passing the resolution, the APA essentially commits to joining this fight. We will all have to work together in the coming months to end the use of all 20 abusive techniques from use in all US interrogations, including those conducted by the CIA. It was gratifying that so many psychologists at the meeting in San Francisco have vowed both to continue to fight for the enduring values of their profession and to share our vision of ending torture by our government for good. For Justice and Freedom, Jean Verstraeten P.S. To the letter to Mme Hélène Flautre I added a few personal ideas concerning a law in Belgium. These ideas take into account the constitutional monarchy we are living in. In this context, “the King” means the Executive. In my opinion a law should clearly condemn all crimes (x) we are faced with, but without becoming technical. To define the technologies or weapons concerned should be the –never ending– task of the Executive, advised by a Parliamentary Commission studying the matter. Why I added the document? Because national laws can constitute an example for an international treaty still to be concluded. (x) For stalking there exist separate laws. P.S. 2) In the nineties the Declaration was spread particularly in Belgium and Holland. Therefore the majority of signatures came from those countries at the time. In 2007 the majority came from the United States. The order of succession of the names and addresses is purely chronological (as they came in, I listed them). At its annual meeting, held in San Francisco, the APA urged that the executive branch and Congress prohibit the use of 20 specific tactics used in connection with interrogation and prohibits psychologists from participating in them, directly or indirectly. The action by the APA, which has long been engaged in supporting national security activities, is a recognition that these brutal methods cause devastating harm to people's mental and physical health. "The Bush Administration must immediately follow the APA's resolution by expressly abolishing the use of these techniques by the CIA and all other agents of the US government."
The APA also determined that psychologists should have no role in planning, designing or assisting in these techniques, and urged tribunals to reject testimony elicited by torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. It recognized, too, that "conditions of confinement" as well as interrogation methods can amount to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. The resolution affirms that psychologists may not participate, directly or indirectly, in any activities that amount to or facilitate torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, even when these activities are authorized by law or regulation.
"The resolution brings to an end any excuse or justification for psychologists to provide interrogation support in any facility where torture
or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment is taking place," said Rubenstein. "The public record irrefutably demonstrates that psychologists have been essential in designing and implementing the Bush Administration's regime of psychological torture." The APA expressed "grave concern" about the situations where detainees are deprived of their human rights, but the resolution stops short of prohibiting psychologists from participating in activities other than clinical treatment in settings where human rights violations are taking
place. PHR urged the APA to take this step as soon as possible. "It is an illusion to believe that psychologists can act ethically in situations, particularly in an interrogation support capacity, where such
severe violations of human rights are taking place," said Rubenstein. "At Guantanamo and elsewhere, detainees deprived of due process and subject to indefinite detention experience cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment as a consequence of the terms of their detention." The list of techniques the APA condemned as part of the context and process of interrogation includes:
