This is a letter from PHR which talk about APA meeting

I just returned from San Francisco, where the American Psychological Association (APA) met to consider its ethical stance in the face of overwhelming evidence that psychologists in military and intelligence agencies participated in the torture of detainees in US custody. As many of you may know, the APA failed to take a strong ethical position against psychologist participation in interrogations. It even defeated a mild resolution that would have allowed psychologists to offer only clinical treatment services in detention facilities where human rights violations are pervasive. The APA has thus failed to come to grips with the implications of the role of psychologists in supporting interrogations at Guantánamo and other places where terrorist suspects are detained, pretending that it is possible to act ethically in an environment that undermines the possibility of ethical practice.

The APA did, however, advance the struggle against torture by the CIA. The APA "unequivocally" condemned the use of 20 distinct interrogation methods - such as mock executions, forced nakedness, hooding, stress positions, water boarding, and threats to families of detainees - that reportedly have been used by the CIA and that amount to torture. It called upon the Defense Department, CIA and other agencies to prohibit these tactics and demanded that psychologists not participate in planning, designing or carrying them out.

The new policy is particularly strong in forbidding indirect as well as direct participation such that psychologists cannot aid in "softening up" prisoners for interrogation through grotesque and abusive conditions of detention. Moreover, following orders from those in charge of interrogations, or even following US government interpretations of laws or regulations that permit torture, is no longer an acceptable justification. The APA called on psychologists to report torture and to cooperate in all investigations of it, including those by Congress.

It is troubling, though, that the resolution condemns isolation, sleep deprivation, sensory overload and sensory deprivation only when used in a manner that "represents significant pain or suffering or in a manner that a reasonable person would judge to cause lasting harm." How can an organization ethically committed to "do no harm" invite distinctions regarding relative amounts of harm inflicted through coercive interrogation techniques?

Given what we know about these methods, this purported qualification is really no qualification at all, since clinical experience and investigations have demonstrated how deeply damaging these tactics are, often leading to post-traumatic stress disorder, extreme anxiety, depression, dissociation or even cognitive impairment. A new report by PHR and Human Rights First, Leave No Marks, shows that the harm from each of these four techniques (among others), is so serious that using any of them constitutes a war crime under US law. Because of the harm these techniques cause, the APA resolution must be understood to absolutely prohibit the use of the four methods.

The new APA interrogation resolution comes on the heels of a recent Executive Order that continues the CIA's "enhanced interrogation program," a euphemism for an abhorrent set of practices that amount to ongoing use of torture. While its particular interrogation tactics remain classified, there is every reason to believe that they include many of those the APA has now properly condemned – and which psychologists have helped design and implement. Condemnation of these methods by the APA, which has very strong relationships with agencies involved in national security, can aid our fight against torture in the public debate as well as in Congress and the Executive Branch. And by passing the resolution, the APA essentially commits to joining this fight.

We will all have to work together in the coming months to end the use of all 20 abusive techniques from use in all US interrogations, including those conducted by the CIA. It was gratifying that so many psychologists at the meeting in San Francisco have vowed both to continue to fight for the enduring values of their profession and to share our vision of ending torture by our government for good.

Мне пришли письма с описанием схем уже построенных экранов которые не работают.
Поясню своё мнение сразу для всех.

Нужно понять что наш мозг одновременно работает с 2-мя диапазонами частот 0,01Гц-80 Гц
 и очень высокой ещё нет у меня точных цифр,
это мягкое рентгеновское излучение, думаю около 1000 ГГц. Внутри этого диапазона множество частот влияет на человека.
 Экранировать нужно весь диапазон. По наводимым звукам однозначно это звуковой диапазон (20 Гц - 50 000 Гц).
По наводимым образам - изображениям, это 2 частоты которые работают по принципу голографического телевидения.
Частоты любые вероятно тоже звуковые, но возможно добавлены сверхвысокие.

Поясняю задачу экранирования военный стандарт:

1. Диапазон частот 0 Гц - 1000 ГГц.

2. Ослабление сигнала изнутри наружу и наоборот - минимум 60 Децибелл.

3. Внутри экрана возможно понадобится искусственное магнитное поле.

4. Очень тяжело экранировать диапазоны 0 Гц - 100 Гц и 100 ГГц и выше, средняя часть экранируется просто клеткой Фарадея.

5. Диапазон 0 Гц - 100 Гц это диапазон звука и вибрации, экранируется плавающим полом на пружинах,
ферритовыми плитками, кольцами Гельмгольца, активными защитами.

6. Диапазон выше 100 ГГц экранируется материалами отражатель - с высокой диэлектрической проницаемостью,
  вода или магний семиводный как покрытие пирамиды где наполнитель - поглотитель - графит, углерод.

Также возможно построение активных защит в виде конденсаторов.

7. Что такое активная защита, элементарно: микрофон или приёмник сигнала - усилитель, 1 транзистор - конденсатор с настроечными резисторами -
выход на динамик или излучатель. Конденсатор поворачивает сигнал в противофазе, только и всего. Наушники делают такие давно.
Выстрел ружья не слышно.

По постройке защит. Кирпичная стена в 1 кирпич поштукатуренная и окрашенная, где отсутствуют окна и хорошо сделаны двери уже
держит 50 Децибелл. Но только в диапазоне от 100 до 3200 Гц. Нужно добавить 20 Децибелл что бы перестать слышать

The Electronic Dissolution of Memory is accomplished by "electronically jamming the brain" thereby causing the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, "to create static which blocks out sight and sounds. You would then have no memory of what you saw or heard; your mind would be a blank."[67]

Important to our discussion, is that acetylcholine is one of the primary neurotransmitters involved in memory. Another common neurotransmitter involved with learning and memory is norepinephrine. There are several neurotransmitters and amino acids involved with learning and memory and each has a specific function.[70] It seems logical that if electrical impulses are used to bombard a person's brain, a complex neurochemical organ, this will affect the individual's neurotransmitters. If these levels are sufficiently altered, then memory would also be affected.

As far as I can tell, RHIC-EDOM first surfaced in Lincoln Lawrence's book in 1967. According to Bowart, "Lawrence...may have had much more evidence [about RHIC] than he was allowed to present. His credentials indicated that he had been 'working in liaison with the department of defense.' "[71] In 1975 a journalist named James L. Moore claimed he had been given secret documents by CIA personnel describing RHIC-EDOM.[72] If this is some kind of elaborate hoax, then why would it surface again almost ten years later and be connected with the CIA? If this was an intentional leak, what could the agency gain by releasing this information? It would certainly be of great value to humanity if Moore would share (of had shared) these documents with other researchers.[73]

Interestingly, according to Bowart, "A research and development team at the Space and Biology Laboratory of the University of California at the Los Angeles Brain Research Institute found a way to stimulate the brain by creating an electrical field completely outside the head. Dr. W. Ross Adey stimulated the brain with electric pulse levels which were far below those thought to be effectual in the old implanting technique."[74] In addition, by 1975, scientists were also testing a primitive "mind reading" machine with positive results.[75]

With 10 million children prescribed dangerous, mind-altering drugs, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), a mental health watchdog group, is asking how much information about drug safety and efficacy are based on studies conducted by psychiatrists with a proven record of fraudulent and unethical practices.

In 1997, former president of the Minnesota Psychiatric Society, Faruk Abuzzahab, had his license temporarily suspended after five patients died in his care or shortly thereafter. Further, the FDA concluded that this psychiatrist had violated the protocols of every FDA-reviewed study he led and had inaccurately reported data to drug manufacturers. Despite this, Abuzzahab is still being entrusted and paid by drug companies to conduct research and drug tests since the restrictions on his license were lifted in 2000, Abuzzahab has been involved in 11 publications or research presentations. Abuzzahab admitted assisting with the study of popular psychiatric drugs, including Paxil, Prozac, Risperdal, Seroquel, Zoloft and Zyprexa; drugs which have all recently been revealed to have dangerous even deadly side effects. CCHR says that conflicts of interest and corrupt researchers may be the reasons why it has taken so long for these side effects to be made public.

Even leading psychiatrists such as Steven Sharfstein, former president of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), have pointed out the financial corruption in their field by publicly admitting that psychiatry is improperly tied to the pharmaceutical industry. Sharfstein stated in 2006, We have allowed ourselves to be corrupted in this marketplace with lucrative consulting to industry, speaker panels, boards of directors and visits from industry representatives bearing gifts. Daniel J. Carlat, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Tufts University, recently said, Our [psychiatric] field as a whole is progressively being purchased lock, stock, and barrel by the drug companies: this includes the diagnoses, the treatment guidelines, and the national meetings. CCHR says the vested interests of the APA explains why the organization continues to vehemently oppose stronger psychiatric drug warning labels despite the fact that such information could save children and consumer lives.

Despite heavy protest by the profitable psycho-pharmaceutical industry, public pressure has resulted in governmental warnings about the serious side effects of psychiatric drugs including suicide, mania, psychosis, diabetes, heart attack, stroke and sudden death. These dangerous drugs are prescribed to the general population, including small children, based on subjective diagnoses without any physical tests, such as blood tests, brain scans or X-rays, which can confirm the existence of any mental disorder. The Citizens Commission on Human Rights was established in 1969 by the Church of Scientology and Dr. Thomas Szasz, Professor of Psychiatry Emeritus at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York, to investigate and expose psychiatric violations of human rights.

The form and the content of chronic auditory hallucinations were compared in three cohorts, namely patients with schizophrenia, patients with a dissociative disorder, and nonpatient voice-hearers. The form of the hallucinatory experiences was not significantly different between the three groups. The subjects in the nonpatient group, unlike those in the patient groups, perceived their voices as predominantly positive: they were not alarmed or upset by their voices and felt in control of the experience. In most patients, the onset of auditory hallucinations was preceded by either a traumatic event or an event that activated the memory of earlier trauma. The significance of this study is that it presents evidence that the form of the hallucinations experienced by both patient and nonpatient groups is similar, irrespective of diagnosis. Differences between groups were predominantly related to the content, emotional quality, and locus of control of the voices. In this study the disability incurred by hearing voices is associated with (the reactivation of) previous trauma and abuse.

Note from Soleilmavis:  The nonpatient voice-hearers are possibly harassing by “V2K” (Voice to skull), even they have not suffered other symptoms from Mind control and Directed Energy weapons torturing and harassment, But they are possibly surveillance with mind reading technologies. BACKGROUND: This study tested the hypotheses that interpretations of voices will be associated with distress linked to auditory hallucinations, and that patients experiencing hallucinations will exhibit higher levels of negative interpretations in comparison with non-patients. METHOD: The Interpretation of Voices Inventory (British Journal of Clinical Psychology 41 (2002) 259) was administered to patients who met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia spectrum disorders with auditory hallucinations and non-patients. Patients were also assessed using a semi-structured interview to assess clinical dimensions of their voices. RESULTS: The results showed that people with psychosis who experience auditory hallucinations did exhibit higher levels of positive and negative interpretations of voices, in comparison to non-patients. Correlational analyses revealed that interpretations of voices were significantly associated with emotional, physical and cognitive characteristics of voices. Regression analyses demonstrated that physical characteristics of voices and metaphysical beliefs were significant predictors of emotional characteristics of voices. CONCLUSIONS: The theoretical and clinical implications of these findings are discussed.

OBJECTIVE: The authors tested a model of hallucinated "voices" based on a neural network computer simulation of disordered speech perception. METHOD: Twenty-four patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders who reported hallucinated voices were compared with 21 patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders who did not report voices and 26 normal subjects. Narrative speech perception was assessed through use of a masked speech tracking task with three levels of superimposed phonetic noise. A sentence repetition task was used to assess grammar-dependent verbal working memory, and an auditory continuous performance task was used to assess nonlanguage attention. RESULTS: Masked speech tracking task and sentence repetition performance by hallucinating patients was impaired relative to both nonhallucinating patients and normal subjects. Although both hallucinating and nonhallucinating patients demonstrated auditory attention impairments when compared to normal subjects, the two patient groups did not differ with respect to these variables. CONCLUSIONS: Results support the hypothesis that hallucinated voices in schizophrenia arise from disrupted speech perception and verbal working memory systems rather than from nonlanguage cognitive or attentional deficits.

Deficits in emotional prosodic processing, the expression of emotions in voice, have been widely reported in patients with schizophrenia, not only in comprehending emotional prosody but also expressing it. Given that prosodic cues are important in memory for voice and speaker identity, Cutting has proposed that prosodic deficits may contribute to the misattribution that appears to occur in auditory hallucinations in psychosis. The present study compared hallucinating patients with schizophrenia, non-hallucinating patients and normal controls on an emotional prosodic processing task. It was hypothesised that hallucinators would demonstrate greater deficits in emotional prosodic processing than non-hallucinators and normal controls. Participants were 67 patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder (hallucinating=38, non-hallucinating=29) and 31 normal controls. The prosodic processing task used in this study comprised a series of semantically neutral sentences expressed in happy, sad and neutral voices which were rated on a 7-point Likert scale from sad (-3) through neutral (0) to happy (+3). Significant deficits in the prosodic processing tasks were found in hallucinating patients compared to non-hallucinating patients and normal controls. No significant differences were observed between non-hallucinating patients and normal controls. In the present study, patients experiencing auditory hallucinations were not as successful in recognising and using prosodic cues as the non-hallucinating patients. These results are consistent with Cutting's hypothesis, that prosodic dysfunction may mediate the misattribution of auditory hallucinations.

Even victims know it is a funny joke, but tear gland are forced to move and burst into tears.) But they can understand the emotion coloring in the joke, if you ask them, they will tell you it is a funny joke, even they are forced to burst into tears.

You can’t tell that they are Deficits in emotional prosodic processing, just because they are bursting tears; you should ask them whether they can understand it is a funny joke

I had referred to the outlines of what happens in a controlled world in a previous article.

In my first article on this subject, I gave an overview and some of the salient documents on this subject. The available proof is vast. The problem lies in the conventional understanding of what constitutes “proof.”

Typically, those who wish to denigrate and to humiliate those who claim proof is available of extensive mind control activity in the US and in other areas of the world, attack the notion of “proof;” and because most of us have only a vague idea of what proof consists, I want to discuss some basic notions so that you will be better equipped to think about the subject in general and those detractors in particular. For those of you who are familiar with formal and material logic, I apologize in advance for simplifying.

A “proof” or an “evidence” of the truth of a statement is a specific instance of the thing being alleged. Thus the proof, for example, could be eyewitness testimony to some event. This is a good example, for even eyewitness testimony can be mistaken. So the more evidence for the existence or the claim of something, the stronger the case can be made for that claim. Generally speaking, the more witnesses that corroborate an event in its essentials, the more sure the proof is considered to be.

At the other extreme, as in capital cases, a conclusion “proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and to a certainty” is required. Seen from this perspective, “proof” can be seen to be like pieces in a jigsaw puzzle. The more pieces, correctly placed, the clearer and therefore the more convincing is the picture.

We intuitively know these things; but what is it actually that we know?

We know that something could happen, something dreadful; and that is sufficient enough a reason for us to be alarmed and then to act upon that alarm. But wait a moment. Aren’t we “assuming the worst?” And haven’t we all been admonished about making assumptions, or aren’t we jumping to conclusions? Indeed we are; and we had better jump. Were we were to walk, it may prove to be too late by the time we arrive at our conclusion so as to confirm or reject it.

The difference lies in the concept of purpose.. When we are dealing with matters of urgency and of survival, we do not have the luxury of such proof. If we do not find the proof, all well and good; however, it has hardly been a waste of time to do so.

I can tell you for an absolute fact that the technology exists today to scan your thoughts and actually to introduce, by the use of specific frequencies, certain ideas and emotions without the recipients being aware. Please do not take my word for this but do a search for “mind control” and comparable technologies, and you will not believe your eyes.

This has been formalized in a very chillingly objective fashion by the NSA, which has routine procedures for implanting such ideas—even without the exotic mind control technology that I mentioned earlier. NSA’s Subliminal Posthypnotic Scripts outlines exactly how this is done.

Here’s a chilling verbatim quote from the NSA training manual:

“7.Stage 3 (Extreme Process): _1.This method is very severe and usually results in a two to five year program._Because of the severity of the suffering, the subject is usually permanently_impaired for integration into normal mainstream life and is essentially_institutionalized” (”The NSA and Mind Control—Part 3.”

There are numerous technologies available. Two of the most intrusive are: HRIC and EDOM:

HRIC stands for “Hypnotic Radio Intra-cerebral Control” and accomplishes just that. You can find a detailed description of the technology in: Project Open Mind Part 2.

If you need a hard-nosed investigative reporter to show you the depth and magnitude of governmental activity over many years, I recommend Sherman Skolnick’s page: Sherman Skolnick Reports. This man single-handedly brought down the corrupt Illinois judicial system. Tragically, Sherman passed away in May of last year.
